BAKER CITY – May is dedicated as Missing & Unidentified Persons Awareness Month. In Baker County, the search for Linda Peterson, who went missing in March 2019, continues.
Baker County District Attorney Greg Baxter says that this does continue to be an ongoing investigation and previous information from Baker City Police Chief Ty Duby says that this is being treated as a homicide investigation.
Peterson was last seen in Baker City on March 15, 2019, and at the time of her disappearance, Peterson was described as a 51-year-old female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’01” with a tattoo on her buttock and left ankle. She also has a scar on her right wrist.
Anyone who may have any information on the disappearance of Linda Peterson is asked to contact the Baker City Police Department.
