BAKER CITY — A woman was arrested last week while driving a vehicle on I-84 through Baker County that was allegedly stolen. Oregon State Police report that on February 27th, an OPS Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Tahoe that was listed as stolen. The driver, Madelyn Rose Ball, 20, of Forest Grove, OR, was also listed as the suspect in the case and had a suspended driver’s license at the misdemeanor level.
Ball was arrested and lodged in the Baker County Jail for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Suspended or Revoked. The owner of the stolen Tahoe arranged for a friend to retrieve the vehicle.
