Firefighters extinguish fire in downtown Baker City

BAKER CITY – The Baker city Fire Department responded to a commercial fire alarm Thursday night at the Geiser Grand Hotel on Main Street in Baker City. At approximately 10:40 p.m. on February 12th, the Baker City Fire Department responded to the scene with support from Baker Rural Fire District and Keating Rural Fire District. The fire was reportedly extinguished, and the scene was cleared.
