Firefighter/Paramedic Brian John leaves Baker for a position in Cowlitz Co.

BAKER CITY – Baker City Fire and Rescue bid farewell to Firefighter/Paramedic Brian Johnson this week as he completed his final shift with the department. Johnson was hired January 8^th, 2018 as a Firefighter/EMT on the SAFER grant. He progressed through paramedic school while working full time.

Johnson begins his new position with Cowlitz County #5 in Washington today.
