HARNEY COUNTY-Fire weather watch is in effect for northern Harney County/southern Blue Mountains: Thursday, July 17, afternoon and evening, for DRY & WINDY CONDITIONS.

An upper level system is expected to pass through the region on Thursday. This, combined with warm and dry conditions, will have the potential to create critical fire weather conditions.
