NORTH POWDER — 22-year-old Clay Martin tragically passed away in an agricultural accident earlier this year. Now, his family is taking time to thank community members and those close to them for providing generosity and support following Clay’s passing on April 20th. On behalf of our family, we want to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible love, kindness, and support we’ve received following Clay’s passing.
The prayers, messages, visits, meals, flowers, donations, and countless acts of compassion have brought us comfort during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Knowing how deeply Clay was loved and how many lives he touched has been a tremendous source of strength.
To our family, friends, neighbors, and community—thank you for standing beside us, sharing your memories, offering your shoulders to lean on, and surrounding us with so much love. Your generosity and support have meant more than words can express.
While our hearts are broken, we find peace in knowing that Clay’s life made a lasting impact on so many. We will continue to honor his memory by carrying forward the love, kindness, and strength he shared with others.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us through this difficult journey. We are forever grateful for each and every one of you.
North Powder Fire Department staff, volunteers and surrounding fire departments and Sheriff’s Department thank you for the amazing tribute you gave to Clay, we cannot express how much we appreciated it.
Gray’s West Funeral Home and Hearts and Petal Flower shop, Troy, Windy and Denise. Our family will forever be grateful. Thank you for working so hard to honor our son with a wonderful service, beautiful flower arrangement and showing our family such compassion and love.
