Failure to yield causes crash in Milton-Freewater

MILTON-FREEWATER – The Oregon State Police cited Krisandra K. Kellogg, 47, of La Grande for failing to yield the right of way after causing a collision Friday afternoon at milepost 33 on Highway 11. It happened at 4:17 p.m. in front of the Sinclair gas station in Milton-Freewater.

Kellogg also struck a RV trailer which rolled into another RV trailer, both parked at ClickIt RV across from Sinclair. Both Kellogg and her passenger refused medical treatment.

The driver of the other car, an 18-year-old woman from Milton-Freewater, was transported to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla. The extent of her injuries was not released.
