Extra charges added for stomping on Oregon State Police Troopers Foot

Harney County- On Saturday, July 8, 2023, Oregon State Police responded to assist Hines Police Department with a report of a suspicious person.
The person who was identified as Deborah Hendry, was taken into custody by Hines Police Department for DUII.
While being placed into custody, Hendry stomped an Oregon State Police Trooper on top of the foot.
As a result, she was also charged with Attempted Assault on a Public Safety Officer and was transported to the Harney County Jail.
