BAKER CITY – Is your school age child up to date on their vaccinations? School Exclusion Day is February 16, 2022. The Baker County Health Department (BCHD) if reminding parents that children can stay current at the Baker School Based Health Center or the Baker County Health Department. Parents are also reminding that you are responsible for providing vaccine records to your child’s school. BCHD so notes that “If you need a copy and your child had vaccines completed in Oregon we can help. If your child received vaccines out of the state you can provide a copy to the health department and we can add them to your Oregon records.”
