Evacuation orders still in place for wildfire in Huntington

BAKER COUNTY

UPDATE (11:50AM) -The City of Huntington says the fire is once again contained, but multiple crews remain on scene to make sure it gets extinguished. No injuries are being reported and no homes have been lost.

UPDATE: 7/11 (10:00 AM) – From ODOT: U.S. 30 between Huntington and I-84 at the Port of Entry, Exit 354 is now open. The I-84 westbound Exit 354 off-ramp is also open. The highway and off-ramp were closed last night due to a wildfire.

From the Baker County Sheriff’s Office: Evacuation levels are still in place and remain unchanged. Maps are posted in the comments. If you have questions regarding evacuations, call the hotline at 541-523-0015. Updates will be posted as they become available

UPDATE (11:00PM) – A Level 2 Evacuation (Be Set) has been issued for residences on the east side of Huntington.

UPDATE (10:05PM) – From ODOT: I-84 westbound Exit 354 off-ramp is now closed due to a wildfire in the area. U.S. 30 remains closed between Huntington and the Port of Entry at Exit 354. Expect extended closure.

UPDATE (9:15PM) – From ODOT: U.S. 30 is closed between Huntington and the Port of Entry due to a wildfire. Expect extended closure.
