UMATILLA/UNION COUNTIES – Additional evacuation levels have been added to the Hagen Fire.
Level 3 “Go Now” levels are now in effect in Umatilla County on the east end of Nine Mile Ridge and south along Forest Service Road 31 from Ruckel Junction to Shimmiehorn to the Union County line.
In Union County, Level 3 is now in effect in National Forest lands between Forest Service Road 31 and Highway 204, south to the National Forest boundary. It includes U.S. Forest Service portions of Ruckle and Phillips Creek roads.
“Everyone in LEVEL 3 areas should leave immediately. Imminent danger in the area. Leave without delay. It is unsafe to stay.” -Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office.
Level 1 “Be Ready” and Level 2 “Be Set” evacuation zones have also been expanded, from the Union County Sheriff’s Office:
LEVEL 1 Includes east of county line and north of Hacker Lane and Craig Loop, north and west of Summerville Rd (addresses above 69950) up to intersection with Highway 204. Including Sanderson Rd, Tamarack Springs Ln. and Ruckle Rd addresses below 69500. South of lower Phillips Creek, and Bailey Creek.
LEVEL 2 Include addresses above 69500 on Ruckle Road, extending from the National Forest Boundary on the west to Hwy 204 on the northeast, including lower Phillips Creek.
