Erratic driver caught on surveillance video in Baker City

BAKER CITY – An erratic driver was caught on surveillance video this week at Natural Structures in Baker City. According to the Baker City business a report was made into Baker County Dispatch. The video shows a white car nearly side swiping yellow cement barriers then veering off.
