EOU Homecoming 2022 Event Schedule

LA GRANDE – (Information from Eastern Oregon University) Eastern Oregon University’s 2022 homecoming is this Friday. Plenty of events are lined up for students, staff and community members. The following is a full list of events planned for October 21 and 22 including times and locations. Note that some events require registration while others are intended primarily for students and alumni:
Friday, October 21
9:30 a.m.
MAA Golf Scramble
Description: “The 24th Annual Eastern Oregon University Athletic Department and Mountaineer Athletic Association Scholarship Scramble, sponsored by Side A Brewing, will be held October 21, 2022, at Buffalo Peak Golf Course in Union, Ore. Shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. Register your team here.”

Homecoming Parade
5:30 p.m.
Pep Rally and Entertainment
Description: “The parade and pep rally will take place Downtown on Adams Ave. Grab your lawn chair and see this year’s array of floats!”
6:30 p.m.
Athletics Title IX Celebration
Description: “Celebrating 50 Years of Women in Sports at Eastern Oregon | This event will take place in the Gilbert Center and will feature several keynote speakers from women who participated or advocated for sports at Eastern Oregon. The event is open to all!”

Homecoming Fun Run
Description: “Starting at the newly developed Field House, join us for a 1 mile or 5k run/walk through the campus of Eastern Oregon! Click here to register.”
