EOU Early Childhood Education and English Programs Ranked Best of 2023 by Forbes

LA GRANDE – Previously, EOU faculty celebrated the University’s Online History Degree program being ranked one of the best of 2023 by Forbes. The University made national rankings again not once, but twice, as both the Early Childhood Education Program and English Program were similarly named as some of the best of 2023 by Forbes.
For the English programs, the Forbes article (which can be found here) sighted EOU’s diversity of offerings between online and on campus along with the mix of professional, scholarly and creative writing courses. The inclusion of a practicum and the accessibility for transfer students were likewise noted.
For the Early Childhood Education programs, the Forbes article (available here) sighted EOU’s accessible credit requirements compared to other programs and the availability of all classes online. Note that in-person practicums are required even for online students, however.
Congratulations to EOU faculty for their hard work in making the programs accessible.
