ENTERPRISE – (Release from the Enterprise School District) The Enterprise School Board is pleased to announce and welcome Ms. Rebecca Nordtvedt as the new superintendent/elementary principal of the school district effective July 1st, 2023.
According to board chair, Mandy Decker, “Ms. Rebecca Nordtvedt will be a welcomed addition to our Outlaw family. This was the right choice for our community and our school district. Rebecca already works with our school through her role at the ESD and we hope for a smooth transition for our administration, staff, and students. We are looking forward to her being our superintendent for a long time.”
Ms. Rebecca Nordtvedt has nearly nine years of administrative experience in a variety of roles including junior/senior high school principal/AD in Wallowa, Oregon and the last six years at the Wallowa Education Service District (ESD) and Troy school district. Ms. Nordtvedt began her ESD work as the assistant superintendent from 2014 to 2022. She became the ESD superintendent in July 2022. Before her administrative career, she has a high school counselor for 12 years. Ms. Nordtvedt received her Master of Education degree in Guidance & Counseling from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
