Emergency closure for Second Flat Fire

HARNEY COUNTY-The Malheur National Forest has issued an emergency forest closure area around the Second Flat Fire. Effective July 25, 2026 until December 31, 2026 or until rescinded. This closure will maintain the safety of members of the public and fire resources.
