Elgin School District Honors Jeff Rysdam with Field Dedication Ceremony

ELGIN – (Information from the Elgin School District) The Elgin School District has announced a field dedication ceremony in honor of former Elgin High School Football coach and teacher Jeff Rysdam who passed away last March.
A beloved community member and avid outdoorsman, Jeff forever left his mark on the Elgin School District through tireless devotion to students and friends alike. Graduating from Elgin High School in 1996 and returning to begin coaching in 2016, Jeff’s passion for education and athletics will permanently be memorialized in the Elgin School District.
The dedication ceremony will be held on October 14th at 6:45 p.m.
