Election Day 2025 arrives in Umatilla and Walla Walla counties

Election Day 2025 is here. Many city council, mayoral, and school board races, plus bonds and levies are on the ballot. There’s also still time to turn in ballots as official drop boxes are open until 8 p.m. tonight.

In Umatilla County, voters will decide on an Athena-Weston School District Bond for new classrooms and a gym. Meanwhile, voters in the city of Umatilla will consider a bond to replace the police station.

In Walla Walla County, voters in Waitsburg will select a new mayor and decide on a property tax levy for the community swimming pool.
