Harney County-Eastern Oregon Youth Authority Principal Brandi Fulton and Skilled Development Coordinator Bruce Voges spoke on Harney County Live about all the summer programs that are happening this summer.
Brandi spoke about the school year and how they just had their graduation and how 17 students graduated this year and a total of 40 are currently enrolled.
