Eastern Oregon University Opens Its New Field House this Saturday

LA GRANDE – (Information from Eastern Oregon University) Eastern Oregon University will officially open its new field house this Saturday at 10:30 a.m. as part of the homecoming weekend celebration. The ribbon cutting ceremony is open to the public and will last approximately 30 minutes. The event description reads:

“Eastern Oregon University will be holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the opening of the new Fieldhouse. In line with the university’s educational mission that values athletic and recreational programs, the new Fieldhouse will give the space and resources needed for all students to safely enjoy the Eastern experience.Following the ceremony, tours of the facility will be available throughout the day. Kyle Pfaffenbach, Health and Human Performance Instructor and Michael Hatch, Director of the Outdoor Adventure Program, will be guiding the tours.”
