UNION, OR – The 114th Eastern Oregon Livestock Show kicks off this week in Union. President Dave Billings welcomes everyone to the show and all of the events. Billings said, the everyone has been working hard on a modified show that will meet all guidelines and ask all who attend to abide by those guidelines. The queen’s this year are Makenzie Polfer of La Grande and Kachira Phillips of North Powder who was both crowned Tuesday night. Friday, beginning at 2:00 pm a parade will stretch through Union with a rodeo performance at 4:00 pm.
