State Route 21 between Schrag Road and Franz Road initially closed just after noon. As the fire continued to spread, just after 1:30 p.m., due to safety concerns, eastbound Interstate 90 closed to all travelers. Due to ongoing situation with the fire, there are no signed detours at this time.
