Dunes Fire burning in Washington County Idaho near Farewell Bend 100% contained

UPDATE: As of 3:15 p.m., June 4th, the Dunes fire is currently listed as 1,060 acres and maintained at 100% containment.

Update as of 6:00am, June 4th. The Dunes Fire is currently reported at 800 acres and 20% contained

PREVIOUS: A brush fire, dubbed the “Dunes Fire” is currently burning in Washington County Idaho along the Snake River near Farewell Bend, roughly five and a half miles from Huntington Oregon. According to the Latest WildCAD update, the fire is approximately 600 acres, with resources en-route and on scene. Containment status is currently unknown. No evacuation notices or alerts have been issued for Oregon residents at this time.
