OSP reports, “A white chevy pickup pulling a trailer traveled under the powerlines and the load pulled them down. The vehicle continued on and photographs were taken. The driver was identified and did not know he hit the powerlines. A crash report was provided to the driver and the driver’s information was forwarded to Idaho Power.”
