Detective Shannon Regan to be promoted to Detective Sergeant effective 7/1

BAKER CITY – Detective Shannon Regan with the Baker City Police Department will be promoted to Detective Sergeant effective July 1, 2021. According to the department, she will directly supervise two detectives, the Code Enforcement Officer and School Resource Officer.
Detective Regan is a twenty-year veteran of the Baker City Police Department having served as the Department’s Code Enforcement Officer, Evidence Technician, Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer and Person Crimes Detective.
Detective Regan also serves as the Northeast Oregon Regional SWAT Crisis Negotiation Team Leader.
