UPDATE: UCSO has notified us that the graveside service for Deputy Post will be private, for close friends and family only. The public is welcome to both the service at the Round-Up Grounds and the reception later in the Let ‘er Buck Room.

PENDLETON – The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office and Parole and Probation have announced the plans to memorialize the life of Jason Post, 34, who died in a rafting accident in Wallowa County over the weekend.
A service will be held at the Pendleton Round-Up Grounds, 1205 S.W. Court Ave. at 10 a.m. Sunday. After the service, a funeral procession will proceed to Skyview Memorial Park, 70116 Highway 395, south of Pendleton for a graveside service.
The service will be followed by a reception at the Let ’er Buck Room at the Round-Up Grounds. The public is welcome to attend all of those events.
