Dental screenings will be held at Slater Elementary School

HARNEY COUNTY- Dental screenings at Slater Elementary School will be held April 15-17, 2024. If Slater Elementary School has not received your signed opt in/out for back, there will be one sent home with your student on bright orange paper.

Slater Elementary School must has the document signed and returned regardless of if you would like your child to be screened or not. Please mark the appropriate box, sign, and return the document as soon as possible.

If Slater Elementary School does not receive the document back, your child will be screened.
