Deceased individual found in overturned vehicle

BAKER COUNTY – On December 10, 2021, at approximately 6:50 am, Oregon State Police (OSP) in Baker County were alerted to an overturned vehicle that had been discovered roadside on Highway 203 at milepost 31 by a passing motorist.  According to reports from OSP the driver of the vehicle, identified as 66-year-old Gwyn Monroe Adams was found deceased inside the vehicle. 

The investigation is ongoing.
