Dayville School focuses on community atmosphere

DAYVILLE – Dayville School District Superintendent Dr. Davida Irving along with student teacher Jeff Wilcox were on KJDY’s Coffee Time, speaking to the close community atmosphere at Dayville Schools. Mr. Wilcox explained the Buddy Program:

“Basically, we have Buddy Day activities where the older students will team up with the younger students, and they’ll play games and so forth, and it just helps develop that relationship.

It works really good throughout the school, because the older students do a really good job of just keeping an eye out for the younger students when they’re around.”
