JOHN DAY – Grant County Sheriff Todd McKinley was recently in KJDY studios. During a Coffee Time visit, the Sheriff elaborated on a recent traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of 26-year-old Sierra Dahlen of Seneca on a stolen vehicle charge. The Sheriff said it was a motorcycle that was stolen:
“So, the bike had a switched plate on it…A traffic stop occurred on Third Street, right by the bridge there at [Les] Schwab’s. [Deputies] discovered the bike was stolen out of Clackamas. It had been stolen probably three weeks ago, roughly. [It had] been repainted. The individual was arrested. Drugs were found and [she] was transported to the jail. The bike was recovered.”
