JOHN DAY – Didgette McCracken with OSU Extension Open Campus and Grant County CyberMill was recently on KJDY’s Coffee Time. McCracken said high school seniors are in the thick of scholarship and application season, and the CyberMill can be utilized to help with those efforts:

“I mean, there are people working on those applications and they just don’t have the broadband capacity to download some of those things or upload some of those things. You have the printing capacity there at the CyberMill. And then, we have the private rooms that you can reserve if you want to do something like a video or an interview.”

McCracken even mentioned a student last year utilized the CyberMill to generate and submit a video on an OTEC Scholarship. Anyone can become a Grant County CyberMill member for free at gccybermill.com.
