Wind Advisory– Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains
* What: Southeast winds 30 to 40 MPH with gusts up to 55 MPH expected for the base of the northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
* Where: Foothills of the northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
* When: From 3 PM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday.
* Impacts: Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few Power outages may result.

* What: Southeast winds 25 to 35 MPH with gusts up to 50 MPH expected for ladd and pyles canyons.
* Where: Grande Ronde Valley.
* When: From 3 PM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday.
* Impacts: Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down.

Winter Storm Warning– Ochoco-John Day Highlands
* What:Heavy snow expected above 4500 feet. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 MPH along exposed ridges.
* Where: Ochoco-John Day highlands.
* When: From 3 PM Thursday to 10 PM PST Friday.
* Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* Additional details: The higher peaks will have 8 to 15 inches of snow with this system.

* When: From 10 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Friday.
* Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* Additional details: Snow amounts of 3 to 6 inches will be possible for lower elevations, including the i-84 corridor.
