Work begins in North Powder
Crews will set up traffic control and temporary signs, then begin cutting into existing corners to replace the ramps. Crews will start at A Street and move toward town. Work in North Powder is expected to continue into early June.
Crews are expected to return to Halfway in June and finish curb ramp upgrades in July.
Construction in Richland is planned for July through September.
All curb ramp upgrades are scheduled to be finished by October 2026. Construction schedules may change due to weather or other unexpected issues.
