CPPS plans dress rehearsal

COLLEGE PLACE – College Place Public Schools is planning a dress rehearsal Friday to get ready for full reopening Monday. The rehearsal does not apply to those enrolled in special programs and students registered as full remote learners.
All other students in kindergarten through 12th grade will attend school for a half day, from 8 a.m. to noon, and until 12:10 p.m. for Davis Elementary School. There will be no afternoon learning activities that day.
“I know that this decision will be met with much excitement as well as some anxiety and fear, and can assure you we will continue to provide the safest, most excellent opportunities for your children here in College Place Public Schools,” Superintendent Jim Fry wrote in making the announcement.
Bus pick-up times are posted on Skyward. Parents and students with questions should contact their schools directly.
