COVID-19 vaccine clinic to be held in Seneca

The Grant County Health Department and Blue Mountain Hospital are providing a COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Seneca to eligible residents.
Date: Wednesday, April 7th, 2021
Location: Seneca City Hall
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
To schedule an appointment, please send an email to vaccine@ccsemail.org. When emailing, please provide the following information:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Medical conditions, if any
If unable to email, please call the Grant County Health Department at 541-575-0429 to schedule an appointment.
