Council to work on scooter proposal

WALLA WALLA – The Walla Walla City Council is holding a work session today (Monday) at 4 p.m. and one of the items up for discussion is a proposal to permit Bird Scooters to operate within city limits. Bird has a similar proposal before the College Place City Council and has been recently approved to open franchises in Hermiston and Pendleton.

Also on the agenda is a report on the proposed expanded outdoor seating pilot project guidelines; the reopening plan overview for city facilities; and a public art proposal put forth by Innovations Charter School.
