WALLA WALLA – The Walla Walla City Council plans a work session today (Monday) at 4 p.m. Only three items are on the agenda, and the council plans to go into an executive session as soon as the work is done.
Councilors will hear a presentation from Transportation Engineer Monte Puymon on converting half a block of Colville Street form parallel to angled parking. Public Works Director Ki Bealey will discuss an interlocal agreement for solid waste planning. There will also be an update on the Neighborhood Engagement Program.

The executive session will begin as soon as the work session concludes. The agenda states the council will discuss with legal counsel representing the city matters relating to litigation or potential litigation. The council will adjourn immediately following the executive session. No business will be conducted in open session.
