Cougar at the Park: ODFW on lookout after numerous sightings

LA GRANDE – Officials with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife continue to search for a reported cougar that was spotted in the Riverside Park area in La Grande on July 29th. Officials say that cameras are being utilized to look for the animal, and ODFW is responding to all reported possible sightings, however there has been no more confirmed sighting.
Anyone who may see a cougar in the area is asked to please contact the local ODFW Office.
