Confirmed wolf attack from Murderer’s Creek wolves

GRANT COUNTY – Another Grant County wolf attack has been recorded and investigated by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. According to the most recent ODFW Livestock Depredation document, an injured cow was discovered on private land in Bear Valley.
Results from the investigation indicate the attack was confirmed to be carried out by one or more wolves from the Murderer’s Creek pack. The date of the investigation was Wednesday, November 1st, 2023. We’ll keep you updated on confirmed wolf activity in Grant County.
