Community Cupboard food pantry now at Malheur Co. Health Dept.

ONTARIO — The Community Cupboard emergency food pantry has a new home in Ontario. The free food and resource stand can now be found at the Malheur County Health Department, located at 1108 SW 4th St in Ontario.

According to Community Cupboard personnel, the previous location of the stand was sold, prompting volunteers to reach out to the community for a local entity to adopt it.

The Community Cupboard is an emergency food pantry that is used for and by the community to share and collect non-perishable food in an effort to combat local food insecurity.

Volunteers kindly ask the public not to leave trash or unwanted items at the food cupboard.
