Community Counseling Solutions named in Oregon Business magazine

JOHN DAY – Community Counseling Solutions Executive Director Kimberly Lindsay was on KJDY’s Coffee Time Friday, and informed listeners that CCS has been ranked in the top 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For, by Business Oregon magazine.
Lindsay reflected on the ranking:
“It’s cool to be in the top 100! Our name comes out in the Oregon Business magazine, we get a plaque, there’s a lot of recognition that comes along with it. For me, I think, what is the most important, is the information itself. How did the employees feel and where did we have opportunities to do better? We take that information and we use it to develop our comprehensive survey. We will be working on that this next spring.”
