LA GRANDE – Another successful blood draw was held in La Grande this week according to Coordinators Linda and Sheldon Strand.
This recent two-day event produced a total of 224 units of blood through the La Grande Community Blood Draw.
According to the Strand’s “the current need for blood is critical and members of the community have stepped forward to help fill that need.
While it is natural to focus attention on the blood donors those who support the effort in the background are equally important.
Thanks to all who were involved in the effort.”
