City’s budget and the future of JDPD to be discussed in town hall

JOHN DAY – The City of John Day will be holding a Town Hall on Thursday, April 8^th at the Grant County Fairgrounds Pavilion. Folks will have the opportunity to ask questions, make comments and learn more about the city’s budget for next year, as well as the future of the John Day Police Department. In an earlier Coffee Time episode, John Day City Manager announced the retirement of Police Chief Mike Durr, coming this fall.

The Town Hall will begin this Thursday at 6 p.m.
