LA GRANDE – Due to Union County being moved to the State Moderate Risk Level for Covid-19, the City of La Grande, City Hall, located at 1000 Adams Avenue, La Grande, Oregon, 97850, is now open to the public, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The following restrictions will be strictly adhered to in order to keep the public and our staff safe:

• Anyone over the age of five (5) years old who enters the City Hall must wear a mask. Masks are available at the entrance if you do not have one.

• If you are unable or refuse to wear a mask for any reason, do not enter the building – please call the number on the door and someone will meet you outside of the building to assist you.

• Please ENTER the City Hall from the west side of the building where the wheel chair assessable ramp is located on the side of the building.

• Please EXIT the building using the backdoor of the City Hall. This is to create a one-way flow of foot traffic to minimize citizens passing each other in the hallway to allow for social distancing. If you need to use the handicap ramp for medical reason, then you may exit the same way you entered.

• Social Distancing requirements will be strictly adhered to, keep six (6) feet of distance between anyone in the building. If a line is forming at any departments, you will be required to maintain your six (6) feet of distance.

The Finance/Water office will continue to provide services over the phone as well as in person. Water/Sewer payments can be made on our website at www.cityoflagrande.org. City offices are open to the public
