WALLA WALLA — Washington state’s temporary moratorium on disconnections for unpaid utility bills ended Thursday, Sept. 30, so a lot of people have been trying to contact the city of Walla Walla’s Utility Billing office to pay their bill or set up a payment plan.
Unfortunately, the city’s phone system is still experiencing connection issues, so you may not be able to get through when trying to call. The city’s telecommunications provider is investigating the issues, which appear to be related to the recent DDoS attacks, and hopes service can be completely restored as soon as possible.
If you’re having trouble contacting the city of Walla Walla by phone, please know there are several other payment options. You can visit us in person at City Hall, 15 N. 3rd Ave., or make a payment online here.
