City of La Grande to perform emergency repair of broken water valve

LA GRANDE – (Information from La Grande Public Works) Crews are performing an emergency repair of a broken water valve in Sunset Dr.

This project will require a partial shutdown of water to the residents West of Alder St. and north of K Ave.

Most of the residents in this location will have a reduction in water pressure and may have no pressure at all during the repair. Water shutdown will begin at 9:00 AM Sept 11th 2024. Service will be restored as soon as possible but project could take up to 6 hours.
