HUNTINGTON — The City of Huntington are moving up in the technological world. The small town of about 500 people in Baker County has announced they’ll soon be getting a website.

The new website will allow Huntington residents to stay informed with access to meeting agendas, the city charter and ordinances, and a community calendar of events. The website will also serve as a platform for communication during emergencies, as well as a way for folks to pay their city bills online.

Staff with the City of Huntington are seeking high-quality photographs of the town. They say anything from historical photos to drone photos will be considered. Anyone with Huntington photos to share are encouraged to swing by city hall for a copy to be made, or email them to huntingtoncityof@gmail.com. Credits will be given to each respective photographer.
