City of Hines Police Chief talks homelessness and mental health on Harney County Live

Hines-Hines Police Chief Ryan Delange came on Harney County Live and spoke about their speeding grant the city received and when they will be starting it. While we were talking about speeding, Chief Delange also spoke about distractive driving, impaired driving and seal belt safety.
April 1st is coming and studs are suppose to come off vehicle and Chief Delange stated as long as there is snow on the ground they will not be giving tickets.
Chief Delange also spoke about the homelessness issue and how drugs and mental health play a role.
