City of Hines Halloween road closure notification

HINES-The City of Hines will be closing the 500 block of North Saginaw Avenue, the 400 block of King Avenue, and the 500 block of Tennyson Avenue on Halloween night, Friday, October 31, 2025, between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm, for the safety of the increasing number of trick-or-treaters who frequent that area.
Residents of this area will have access from the 600 block of Tennyson Avenue.
