BURNS-City of Burns, City Manager, Judy Erwin, spoke on Harney County Live about the current status of the flooding happening in the City of Burns.
Judy spoke about the bypass pumps that are being brought in to help divert sewage straight to the lagoons.
Judy also updated the community about the status of the levee.
